How do I enter the sweepstakes?
There are two ways to enter: (1) Online by visiting the Anduril.com website and providing your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address, or (2) By mail using a handwritten postcard (no larger than 5" x 7") with the same information sent to the designated sweepstakes address.
Do I have to make a purchase to enter?
No. This is a no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes. You can enter for free using either the online or mail-in method.
What information do I need to provide to enter?
You must provide your legal first and last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
What if I didn't get my confirmation email?
Please wait 24 hours to receive the confirmation email. If you have not received the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
If the email is not found, please contact support@gear.anduril.com.
You will need the confirmation email if you are chosen as the winner to verify your entry.
Drawing & Winner Selection
When will the winner be selected?
The winner will be chosen at random on July 17, 2026.
How will I know if I won?
The potential winner will be notified on or around July 17, 2026 via email or phone number provided in the entry. The Administrator will make three (3) notification attempts within two (2) business days
How long do I have to respond if I'm selected as a potential winner?
You must respond within three (3) business days of notification
What happens if the selected winner doesn't respond?
If the initial potential winner cannot be located, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate potential winner will be selected.
Winner Requirements
What documents will I need to sign if I win?
Winners must sign, have notarized, and return: an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where legal), IRS W-9 Form, Background Authorization Form, and any other documentation required by the Sponsor or Administrator.
How long do I have to complete the winner documentation?
All required documentation must be completed within five (5) days after receipt, or you may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
Will I need to pass a background check?
Yes. Successful completion and clearance of a background check is required. The results must be satisfactory in the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
Am I officially a winner once I'm notified?
No. You are not officially a winner until your eligibility and compliance with all requirements have been verified and fulfilled, and you've been notified that verification is complete.
Will I owe taxes if I win the prize?
The winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including but not limited to income taxes) arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
Anduril Industries and its associated partners are not responsible for any cost incurred related to tax obligations.

Do I have to take the car or is there an alternative cash prize?
The winner will have the choice to receive either the Gen-6 Chevrolet or the approximate retail value of $250,000.
The winner has three (3) days from the date they receive the Affidavit/Release, to confirm which Prize they choose. Once confirmed, the winner may not change their selected prize, without the express written consent of the Sponsor.
Publicity & Privacy
Will my name be made public if I win?
Yes. The Sponsor reserves the right to make public announcements of the winner via website, social media, and/or similar platforms.
Can the Sponsor use my name and image for promotional purposes?
Yes. Except where prohibited by law, by participating and/or winning, you consent to the use of your name, image, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation.
Will my name appear on a winner's list?
Yes. You consent to the Sponsor's and Administrator's putting your name on a winner's list.

What rules govern this sweepstakes?
By entering, you accept and agree to be bound by the Official Rules. In case of any conflict between the Official Rules and other terms, the Official Rules govern with respect to the sweepstakes.
Who is responsible for fulfilling the prize?
The prize will be fulfilled by the Sponsor. The Administrator is not responsible for lack of or delay in fulfillment of the prize.
What is a sweepstakes administrator?
A sweepstakes administrator is a specialized third-party partner that manages all legal, technical, and logistical aspects of a promotional giveaway, ensuring compliance with laws, managing entries, selecting winners, and handling prize fulfillment.
Is the Sponsor liable for errors or technical issues?
No. The Sponsor is not liable for human error, printing or typographical errors, wrongful or negligent acts by prize suppliers or third parties, or any other causes beyond their control.
How are disputes resolved?
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the sweepstakes or prize shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
What law governs this sweepstakes?
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Official Rules and sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed according to applicable law.
What happens if part of the Official Rules is found to be invalid?
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid provision were not included.
