Refund policy
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Anduril Industries, Inc.’s Gear Store (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). This policy outlines our procedures for returns and cancellations, with specific provisions for pre-ordered, auction, relic, and limited edition items. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Return Eligibility & Timeframe
For in-stock items, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Important Note: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Used, damaged, or altered items may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Pre-Order Specifics: Cancellation & Returns
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or return a pre-ordered item. Our policy for pre-orders is as follows:
a) Cancellation Before Shipment:
• Full Refund: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been shipped and receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
• How to Cancel: To cancel a pre-order, contact our customer support team at andurilgear@bamko.net with your order number and request to cancel.
• Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
b) Returns After Shipment (Pre-Orders):
• Once your pre-ordered item has shipped, all sales are final.
3. Exceptions to This Policy
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable after purchase, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
• Final Sale Items: The following items are considered final sale and are strictly non-returnable and non-cancellable for any reason, including for defect or damage:
• Relics: All sales are final after purchase.
• Auction Items: All sales are final after a bid is won.
• Limited Edition Items : These items are non-returnable and non-cancellable after purchase. An exception may be made for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, but this requires obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from customer support prior to return.
• Open or Used Items: Any item that has been opened, used, or altered from its original condition cannot be returned, unless it was defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. How to Initiate a Return (General)
To initiate a return for any eligible item:
1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
2. Sign in to your account:
• In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
• In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
• Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
3. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
6. Click "Request return".
7. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
5. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@gear.anduril.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage or defect. Once damage or defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
8. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
